Where I am and what I am doing....

Right now, I am located in the sleepy little town of St. Louis Park, MN, I am just a stone's throw away from Minneapolis and most western suburbs. I am however very mobile so if you are within driving distance and can give me good directions, I can be talked into traveling to you to teach a class... I think I can stand one more winter...Next year ... see ya at the beach!

My most ultimate dream is to someday buy a little place on the beach in California convert it into a home yoga studio and live and teach there. Imagine hardwood floors, white walls, minimalist belongings, nothing on the windows or maybe just some billowy white sheers, throwing open the windows and doors, having an awesome yoga practice with the sight of the ocean, smell of the salty air..maybe someday...

What do I do???

Well I teach alot of different styles:

*Restorative Yoga- a gentle lazy practice with Kat like stretches, to get into those deep muscles and grooves... slow easy tunes and blissful state.

*Beginning practice- three words- "break it down" take each step, go slow with intention and deliberate movement. Beginners are great because they love love love to learn and grow!

*Intermediate/Advanced Power Vinyasa- This one rocks and it will guarantee a hard sweat! You will not need a cardio workout after this and you will feel the product of your hard work the next day!  I am a bit of a rebel when it comes to music and this one I usually can go from Bach to AC/DC... but that's a good thing! It definately shakes things up!
